Your wellness deep dive
WTF is going on with my body?
We'll test and figure it out, so you don't have to keep living life stressed out.
You don't need another rushed visit, another "everything looks normal," or another late-night deep in Google. The WTF Visit is where Black women finally get answers, not dismissed.
The Problem
(And Our Answer)
You're not imagining it… the healthcare system was not built with Black women in mind.
Women and people of color are significantly more likely to be misdiagnosed than white men, which means missed conditions and delayed care.
Black women are more likely to have serious conditions like fibroids, endometriosis, and cardiovascular disease overlooked or minimized, even when we report clear symptoms.
Many of us walk away from visits without answers. We hear "it's just stress," "try to lose weight," or "your labs are fine" while still feeling miserable.
So when you've seen multiple providers and still don't have a real answer, it's not because you're overreacting. It's because you've been navigating a system that was never designed for you.
The WTF Visit is Kyndred's response to that reality.
Instead of rushing, brushing you off, or blaming your body, we slow down, listen deeply, and use targeted testing to figure out what's really going on – with a plan that fits your actual life.
Is This You?
If this sounds familiar, this visit is for you.
-

You've been told "everything looks normal," but you're still exhausted, foggy, and pushing through work on fumes.
-

You plan your life around your period because the bleeding, cramps, or mood swings are so intense. Complete a brief intake so your care team understands your concerns, history, and goals.
-

Your gut is unpredictable – bloating, constipation, diarrhea, food reactions – and you're tired of guessing and cutting out foods.
-

Your skin and hair have changed (acne, chin hair, shedding, thinning) and it's affecting how you feel in your body.
-

Sex feels complicated: pain, dryness, low desire, or recurring infections, and you don't feel truly heard when you ask for help.
-

You're done being told it's "just stress," "just anxiety," or "just lose weight" with no deeper investigation.
If you're not sure what to call it, you don't have to. The WTF Visit helps you name it and know what to do next.
What Is The WTF Visit?
The WTF (We’ll Test & Figure it out) Visit is designed especially for you to get the answers you need and the relief you deserve.
How It Works: Your Journey
Bring clarity to your care in four supported steps.
01
-
Think of this as grown-woman story time, not a rushed intake. You share your full story – symptoms, history, goals, and gut feelings – and your clinician connects the dots and designs a targeted lab plan. Most core labs are included in the cost already; any extras are discussed with you first.
02
-
Your Healthcare Homegirl steps in early. She helps you schedule labs at a partner site or, where available, at home, routes what she can through your insurance, and makes sure you have what you need so getting tested doesn't become another full-time job.
03
-
You review your lab results together in clear, everyday language – including when something is "technically normal" but not optimal for you. You'll connect those results to what you actually feel: your fatigue, periods, gut, skin, mood, or other concerns.
04
-
You walk away with a written care plan that spells out what we found, what to watch, and your next steps – medical, lifestyle, and referrals. You can bring it straight to your insurance-covered providers, or continue with Kyndred programs and visits at discounted member rates, with your Homegirl still walking beside you.
This visit is not about being told to "just lose weight," "relax," or "wait and see." It's about being believed, getting answers, and having a plan you don't have to build on your own.
Or, "WTF is this?" clusters…
When multiple symptoms show up together and no one has put the whole picture together yet. If you're not sure what to call it, you don't have to. The WTF Visit helps you name it and know what to do next.

What We Test For
Your provider personalizes your labs to match your story, checking the things that actually explain why you feel the way you do.
We test 50+ biomarkers across key health areas:
-
estradiol, progesterone, testosterone (free and total), DHEA-S, SHBG, FSH/LH, prolactin, AMH, 17-hydroxyprogesterone – to understand your cycle, fertility, libido, skin, hair, and mood patterns
-
fasting glucose, fasting insulin (HOMA-IR), HbA1c, lipid panel – to check blood sugar balance, insulin resistance, and heart health
-
TSH, free T3, free T4 – to assess energy, metabolism, weight changes, and temperature regulation
-
hsCRP, vitamin D, ferritin and iron panel, B12, folate – to identify hidden inflammation, anemia, and nutrient deficiencies that affect energy and immunity
-
complete blood count (CBC) – to check for anemia, infection, and immune function
-
comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP) – to assess kidney, liver, and electrolyte balance
Your results are interpreted for what's optimal for you – not just whether they fall inside a wide "normal" range built around a default patient who was never us. You'll always know what we're testing, why it matters, and what each marker means for your body and your next steps.
