Vaginal/Genital Health Care

Support for recurring genital symptoms, discomfort, and unanswered questions

Vaginal health concerns are common—but being dismissed isn’t normal.

At Kyndred, we provide affirming, thorough care for vaginal concerns with a focus on understanding what’s happening in your body and preventing recurrence.

We treat vaginal health as part of whole-person wellness—not something to rush through or minimize. Black women are more likely to experience recurrent issues like BV, and we’re committed to addressing those inequities with culturally responsive, evidence-based care.

Is This You?

This visit is a good fit if any of these feel familiar

If you’re feeling frustrated, embarrassed, or low-key hopeless after being dismissed, that’s okay. This visit is designed to help you feel heard, understood, and equipped.

  • Recurrent or stubborn yeast infections, BV, or UTIs that keep coming back despite treatment.

  • Unusual discharge (color, odor, texture), itching, burning, or irritation that won’t quit.

  • Vulvar or vaginal discomfort, dryness, soreness, or pain—especially with sex, tampon use, or daily activities.

  • Symptoms that feel “off” but you’re not sure what to call them, or you’ve been told “it’s normal” when it doesn’t feel normal.

  • Questions about how hygiene products, birth control, hormones, stress, or sex might be connected to your symptoms.

  • You’re tired of quick fixes that don’t last and want a plan that looks at your full picture.

How a Visit Works

Care typically begins with a virtual visit, so you can share comfortably from wherever feels safe.

  • Before Your Visit

Complete a brief intake about symptoms, timing, triggers, sex, hygiene, and history.

Track patterns if possible (discharge, odor, pain timing relative to cycle or sex).

Note treatments tried and what helped (or didn’t).

  • During Your Visit

Meet a Kyndred clinician experienced in Black women’s health—no rushing, no shame.

Discuss your story, symptoms, and concerns openly (including pleasure, partners, or stress impacts).

Review next steps together, including treatment, testing, prevention, or referrals if needed.

  • After Your Visit

Get prescriptions if needed, delivered to your home or sent to your preferred pharmacy for antibiotics, antifungals, or symptom relief

Testing coordinated: Treatment can often begin without testing, but if needed, we can coordinate at-home kits or in-network labs, with your Homegirl helping navigate coverage.

Stay supported with follow-up check-ins, prevention guidance, Sugar lessons, and referrals for deeper care when needed.
